Returns & Exchanges

Here at Blue Caribou, we stand behind every product we make and every package we send out. If there are any issues upon receiving your order, please email us at within 2 days of receiving your order and we will promptly do what it takes to resolve the issue. We want happy and satisfied customers.

If you believe your order was damaged during transport, please contact immediately. Please take a photo of the product in its original packaging (including the box it was shipped in) so we may follow up with our shipper.

In the case you have ordered the wrong size of table legs and want them sooner, email to receive an exchange authorization and return instructions. Then place a new order for the correct size and quantity and we will fulfill that new order within 5 business days. After we have received the legs you are exchanging, we will promptly issue you a refund (minus the original shipping costs).

Returns & Exchanges
Please email to receive your return or exchange authorization. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or products “made to order”.

  • Returns & exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of product delivery.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and may use the carrier of their choice. We recommend you insure your return as we are not responsible if the shipping vendor misplaces your return.
  • All items must be returned in original, unused condition in the original packaging with all packing materials.
  • If the product(s) qualified for free shipping, buyer is also responsible for original shipping costs. We will deduct that amount from the product refund.
  • We will inspect your product return to ensure its re-sellable condition. Afterwards, we will promptly issue you the appropriate refund balance.  
Order Cancellations
Please contact immediately. If your order has not shipped, we will promptly cancel your order and issue you a full refund. Please note that any custom orders and/or “made to order” items cannot be cancelled.
